Object storage
Request-only Object access starts at $3.90 per TB-month for stored data. Transfer allowances, request charges, minimums, regions, and any service-specific limits are provided in writing before activation and take precedence over this starting price.
Renewal and cancellation
Fixed crypto plans can be prepaid for one to twelve months and never auto-debit a wallet. Renew more than once up to one year of prepaid coverage. A usage-based balance stops accruing new storage charges after your data is deleted and the account is closed.
Unused-service refunds
Cancel a direct plan at any time. If you did not use storage or transfer during the current paid period, that period is refundable in full. If you used the service, the refund is limited to the unused prepaid value: fixed plans are prorated for the time remaining in the billing period, and usage-based plans return the unspent balance after accrued storage, transfer, and other metered charges. Service already delivered is not refundable. Third-party store purchases follow that store's refund process.
A refund never requires KYC, identity documents, a selfie, or source-of-funds records. Prove control with the account number and, when needed, the payment receipt or transaction reference. Crypto refunds are returned in the paid asset for the refundable amount, less an unavoidable network fee disclosed before sending.
Price changes
Price changes apply only to future billing periods. We will publish the new price before it takes effect and show it before the next renewal. If you do not accept it, cancel before renewal and export or delete your data.
